I am officially going to Texas Tech
Well. I didn't get into UT. From what I hear, basically no one who wasn't in the top ten percent got in. I got into the CAP program, so my mom and I went to San Antonio today to look at UTSA in case I wanted to transfer from there to UT-Austin my sophmore year, but you know what? It's just not worth it. I am all alone. But not in an emo way. By two best friends are thousands of miles away this spring break and my sister has a completely seperate group of friends that she's hanging out with. I don't think this school year can get any worse.
Can it? I don't see how. I have experienced more death this one school year than I have in my ENTIRE life. It's moments like these when I question my belief in God. I'm not Bible-hugger, but I do indeed have religious beliefs. But, how can God allow events like these to take place? It's sickening to me. For me, this is worse than when Blake died. So on Friday, it was a pretty uneventful day and I turned the TV on at five, not really expecting much to be on. So as I was channel surfing, I stopped on a TV movie. Holy mother of God. Wasn't last night's game simply amazing? My heart was beating so fast in the last couple minutes of the fourth quarter, I seriously thought I was going to throw up. 27-24. Second City. Hysterics ensue.
Canada has been really fun, especially with Kelsey here. On Sunday night, we went to the Second City comedy club. If you don't know what that is, it's where Mike Myers, Jim Carrey, Martin Short all those HILARIOUS SNL guys got their start.
