so my new job is awesome! i get to wear jeans and they feed me breakfast and everyone is really nice. i already feel as if i fit right in. i am learning lots of new things, but i feel good about the fact that i can do the work they assign me. i feel much more like me again, and i'd forgotten how much i like coding and such. i like being a geek ( Read more... )

so i'm starting a new job on august 8th at antharia, a web dev/design company located in maryland. i am very excited. it's a very laid back workplace, and i'm going to be doing webdev (translation: code to make websites work) which i enjoy.

i am proud of me. i got an A in my three russian classes this semester. and i got two A's and an A- in my courses in petersburg this summer. the last time i got more than one A in a semester was first semester freshman year. it's nice to know that my choice to russian studies was a good one. and im really proud of how far i've gotten in 2.5 ( Read more... )
