After finally getting all the mud out of her hair and other places, Dawn applied her make-up, then got partially dressed while she waited for her hair to dry. Dawn snuggled under her covers, feeling lazy after spending yesterday at the fair with Dean. They'd had fun. After a busy day of not talking and yet somehow "talking" to almost everybody, an IM chat, and setting protections around the school with Dean, Alec, and Sam, Dawn slept in.

First thing she did when she woke up the next morning was to check her e-mail.

She hoped her headdesking didn't wake Sam.
