It took me all week to download the right episode, find a way to extract the file, and finally get a chance to watch it...but it was worth it. drew2u complained about Heroes starting to be too much like The 4400 (and then said that he would stop watching it...which is pretty much what he does with everything). So I got to thinking about it, and I can definitely see a similarity in a prominent storyline. ( Spare the rod, spoil the child... )

There's just way too much to say about the first two episodes of Heroes, so I just kind of jotted a few notes.

After we lost Gilmore Girls to cancellation at the end of last season, the various actors dispersed...mostly to new shows. Here's a rundown of what I know about:

I found out today that the online Heroes comics did not stop with the hiatus, so I had nine chapters to catch up on. I'm five chapters in. :)

DC Comics is also going to be compiling them into a hardcover collection with extra material.

In an effort to cut down on reruns, Tim Kring has created a Heroes spinoff. Titled Heroes: Origins, the series will run for six episodes sometime during the 2007-2008 season and will feature the origins of all new characters. Things are better, but not ideal. I think I can figure most of the stuff out and get by for now. Work was much better this morning (Thank God). I just don't understand how it can go from being WWIII hell to being pleasant. It boggles the mind.
