drew2u complained about Heroes starting to be too much like The 4400 (and then said that he would stop watching it...which is pretty much what he does with everything). So I got to thinking about it, and I can definitely see a similarity in a prominent storyline. ( Spare the rod, spoil the child... )

MY STUPID DVR!!! I was so settled in to watch heroes last night and it only recorded that stupid count down. ARRGGHGHHH my night was RUINED!!

so I'll try it on Hulu tonite cuz that pissed me off so bad.

maybe I'm too much a comic geek, but I caught the similarities to The 4400 (which I enjoyed) and don't think I care! LOL as long as the storyline interests me and the characters are interesting, I can let the "rip off" issues slide but if it starts to tank, I'll be ripping on it.

Grr! You need to see it! I loved The 4400 too, though only the 4th season came close to being as good as the short 1st season. Honestly, as long as something is entertaining, I don't mind if it rips off other properties. I mean, just think about how many shows have done Breakfast Club episodes. <3
