When the weather changes, Luce is hardly prepared for it. She's been so stupid. How can she have been so stupid? It's one thing to have told Annie about the connection she has to her physical appearance, but to go so far as to prove a point by grabbing the woman and kissing her like that? Luce isn't entirely sure what to make of the general population, right now. It's all a bit of a mess, though it has resulted in a number of new women about that Luce is trying to check out rather subtly. Or at least, she hopes it's subtle. When Luce had bought Gabby in the auction, she had let her mind go through any number of possibilities as to what to use for their time together.
