Morning was totally too rushed and I forgot to weigh myself.
FOOD:
- .5 cup oatmeal made with low-fat milk and water, not sweetenede (200 cals)
- sm. piece of multigrain bread with peanut butter (100 cals)
- 1 cup water
- 2 pieces xylitol gum (5 cals)
- 1 cup black tea
- 1 cup vegetable chicken soup (150 cals)
- 2 wasa crackers (90 cals)
