Not doing a damn thing... no exercise, not tracking calories. If I hit 130, I'll be motivated, I know, but how to get there without gaining?

I know what you mean - what does it take a tragedy for communities to start working together?

Why do I only stop drinking wine, beer and vodka when I finally push myself out of the 150's ... Why???

Sort of hanging. More like to over-eating terribly much, for the most part. Without tracking, I cannot be sure what calories I am consuming but I don't stuff myself. It would be great to find a way to exercise. That would help too.

If I didn't have a fitness center at work and go over my lunch break - I'd be in a heap of trouble ...

On days when I wonder if I should be working somewhere else - the first thing I think of is the fitness center.

It's beautiful too. I'll post photos.
