Stagnating
Feels like everything is starting to stagnate. I want to move forward but there's nothing to move forward into. Walls on either side of me. Exhaustion creeping over me like a heavy blanket, holding me down in bed and smothering me. I never thought I would come to this. A whole two years of unemployment or unstable employment. We got a wee companion for Freya. He's actually much bigger than her though and she wont stop hissing at him. Hopefully it will settle down over the next week.

Been in the flat for a month or so now. Everything's really different. It's great getting to be with Stewart. We are getting to know each other much better but no big changes or surprises. We fit pretty well, not having any major conflicts. We do like to wind each other up both having pretty wicked sides.

God, after a shit weekend, where instead of Tori Amos I was in bed lesson planning- I just had a really shitty monday. First I went to school and then had to rush back home for my power lead. It's nearly over. Last term now. 5 weeks left of placement, then 1 week of Uni. Also one of the weeks of placement won't be teaching, as the kids have internal exams on the last week that I'm there. Well I did no work over the Easter holidays there, I just relaxed as much as I could. I also didn't even lesson plan tonight. Have to do Romeo ( Read more... ) -

I’m not a girl anymore. I think I’m really becoming a woman. Right now I’m lying in my bedroom at mums, with my purple walls, my 8 year old altar which hasn’t ever changed much and all my teddy bears watching me from the top of the cupboard.
