spring break has been better then i thought it was going to be. i have actually been doing things rather then just sitting on my ass. although samira amanda and i did sleep till like 1:30 the other day!!!

it is crazy how much easier it is to run when you are wearing spikes.....i didnt get as tired as i usually do today when i wore my spikes!!! it was AMAZING!!!! track is going good. i dont have enough practices to be int he jamboree tomorrw but i guess that is good cuz i have an appointment.
