So I join the ranks of about 4.9 million unemployed. I think that was the estimate on the news this morning. I quit my job at the newspaper at the beginning of this month. Updates: I broke things off with the cop. It was a bad situation for me. Ending the tryst was one of those things you don't really want to do, but when it comes down to it know are the best thing to do. Just finished day three at my first job. I've toured the town I'm covering for the paper and introduced myself to about 50 people Whew! I didn't know it could be so exhausting.
