I was a quite child. I never cried. To clarify I should say I was incapable of making noise. I was born with collapsed vocal chords and incapable of making a sound. I have recently purchased a couple of books to help me locate a possible new career. It hasn't helped me at all yet. For some reason standard tests end up with being an attorney as a good profession for me. Arrg! Just can't get away from this damn profession.

I am not sure why things keep going bad for me. I am now stuck at home with a very sprained right ankle. The air cast prevents me from driving and My Dr. has me off work until friday to prevent me from having to stand up and sit down too frequently. The good thing is the swelling has come down and I once again can flex my toes. Looks like fighting ( Read more... )

I had a talk woith my supervisor to let him know I was burnt out and looking for a new job. He wanted to know if there was anything they could do to allow me to continue to work here. I said no. This past week they have assigned me summer interns to babysit. Gotta love a job that gives you more work when you tell them you are ready to quit.

Admitting to myself that I can no longer do this work is perhaps the worst thing to happen to my sleep habits since my ex tried to kill me in my sleep. For the last 3 nights, I have been unable to keep the flood of cases out of my dreams.
