I was teaching my students about the box --the paradigm-- and when people start thinking and acting outside of the box--which is the paradigm shift.

I've lived in Florida for 30 years. My home is located on a canal that has alligators in it. We raised two children in this house, with the canal just twenty feet from their bedroom windows. I raised them to be aware of the alligators and told them exactly why. They may have had gator nightmares but I figured therapy as an adult was cheaper ( Read more... )

Since we last met:

1. Bill Retired.

2. Jonathan and Monica had a baby boy on April 23rd. His name is Aaron Joseph and he's sweet as pie.

3. School is over for the year.

4. Our vacation is taking us to Vermont, Niagra Falls, and Chicago.

5. I like having a house husband.

Bill submitted his resignation letter. His last day will be April 29th. That's so amazing.

I am so tempted to buy two and a half years of retirement so I can retire with him but I think the cost will be ginormous.
