It feels exactly like a potato peeler is scrapping out the inside of my skull. There's pain, yes, but mostly out feels wrong. I can hear everything, even I'm the crowded bus. I need self control. I need to not eat food that'll get me sick. I need to learn to say “No, I can't eat that: I'll just have a salad.”
