I never considered the things that people bring their beloved in the hospital. The worry on people's faces. Sometimes, to the health care workers they can be kind of a nuisance. My beloved black Kia Spectra is no longer in this world. He died today somewhere between 7:05 and 7:30 a.m. He was rear-ended by a large SUV or Truck which shoved him into a parked truck in front of him, disemboweling his engine like a samurai sword and flipping him 90 degrees from his position parallel to the street. R.I.P. Man I hope I get that X

I'm engaged as of 12:50 this afternoon. I very cleverly hid the ring on a friend's dog and had that friend show up at the park where Megan and I were having a nice picnic. As the dog approached us I slyly removed the ring from the dog and popped the question. She said yes. We may try for a winter wedding.

They say time heals all wounds. They never tell you that time makes new ones as easily as it heals them. I guess they were there when I needed them. I have a lot of happy things to think on and the pictures to prove it. Now we've all reached our the zenith of our intersections. I am an uncle! Christian Krone Massin was born this morning 5/23/06 at 6:45 a.m. weighing 8 lbs and is 20 inches long. Early assessments say he is a healthy normal baby born through spontaneous vaginal delivery. Hooray! Hopefully tonight I'll get to see the little guy. It will take all of my strength not to devour him noisily before his parents.
