phone call from Ashley. "Mom, how do you drive in snow?" She's headed up to Prescott for the annual church youth retreat and is driving her own car up there. I heard they'd had 5 inches yesterday. They left at 6ish and I'm still waiting to hear from her.

few weeks it's been. Since my last post dorei and i have been sewing up a storm to make clothing for the Ren Fair which we attended on opening day. What a blast it was! It's now been 6 months in the House of Peter. Every now and then something will happen to bring up some old baggage of varying types and the amazing thing is, we work through them. I don't see my children as often as I'd like, between their schedules and mine, but we manage. As of this evening, I've now completed the piecing of the 3 full size quilt tops for the kids for xmas. Tomorrow will be adding the batting and the backing fabrics, pinning all three layers together and machine quilting. Sunday will hopefully find me hand sewing the binding so I can ship on Monday.
