Day 5 complete smoke free.

Not one cigarette and very suprisingly, I'm doing so well. I don't even think about it. But when I do, the craving is bad but the first day was hell. It's getting better and will continue to do so.

My teeth are whiter and the food tastes better and I don't smell like shit.
