I guess I really should start updating in this thing.
I think that I'm getting older and having less time, it doesn't seem as important but I know the people who care about me have a right to know. haha. Things are going really well and they're looking up. I just hope it stays that way. I'm working at Yankee Candle and it's the best job I've ever had. It's so rad to get 7.10 an hour to just sell candles to people and I'm getting more and more hours each week it's good. Chad is working at Candle Warehouse which is great. lol. Competition! I feel bad though because he doesn't belong in any business except the computer and music business. This candle job for him is only until he can land an I.T. or helpdesk job which is what I really want him to do. It will make him happy, he'll be making lots of green, and it gives him a great opportunity to excel in the industry. So work is well, going according to plan.
So we're saving up money. Now that we're both working regularly and making money, it will be no time before we have enough to move out of here. For those who don't know, we're currently living with my gracious parents who are helping us out and will continue to do so until we're fully stabalized. I'm just so excited. Chad and I have never had that privacy that has really allowed us to grow in our relationship. Having our own apartment will let us do the things we want to do and it's a great step in growing up. I'd love to come home from work to whats mine. Mine and his. To see him there and our computers and our bed, our TV, our everything. That we made happen ourselves. Our relationship has been a little rocky since we moved in here but it's ok, it's a huge change. We don't have the closeness we did at his parents house mainly because they don't care about a thing.
We plan on moving by middle October. We're looking for a nice all bills paid place. We got some home shopping to do. But we've been collecting stuff for our apt along the way. Things here and there really do add up. So far all I know that we really need is a couch (we have a futon right now though but I don't like it), a computer desk for mine (Chad already has one for his), and uhm... I guess just little things for around the house. I want some nice posters to hang up too. I can't wait to have a place to decorate for my own. But ANYWAY sorry to bore you all. It's just hopes and dreams that we together are going to make happen with determination.
Another important thing is that Nov. 11th will be our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY! It's coming up so fast it will be here before we know it. I love him so much and I wouldn't be without him.
But now, some long awaited pictures. Not much, but complain and I'll cut your heart out with a spoon!
