I just finished reading an epic, epic HP fic and I came out of it in a giddy daze with two realizations:

1. I may be starting to develop some sort of weird fixation with older guy/much younger girl pairings. This doesn't synch well with IRL, where I always unintentionally end up playing cradle-robber.

Back from Comic-Con but that night I had to come home to watch Spirited! This convention is so cool I shouldn't really say bad things about it, but... it's not really about comics anymore, is it? So I watched The Witches of Oz the other day and I must say, I LIKED IT! Yeah, yeah, it was partly the awesomeness of Christopher Lloyd being the Wizard, Lance Henriksen playing a good guy and the exceedingly lovely Billy Boyd playing the love interest, but I thought the plot was clever and entertaining and the effects were pretty decent.
