Hi my friends!
I have not written for a very long time. We finalized the adoption of our son, Big J, in December. Yep, that is seven kids! I am finishing my final student teaching in the 5th grade. I graduate in 5 weeks! My husband and I just had our 15 year anniversary, too. So many things happening in our lives. I write here and there, but not often. ( Read more... ) -
A reflection
I am in my last week of my first year back at college. I took 21 credits this semester. And, yes, I am nutsy considering I have six kids, a husband, job, and other responsibilities. I miss you all...
I'm doing well. I'm loving school. I'm truly enjoying working at the elementary school. I'm busy heading up a project at the University that helps schools reach out to parents and encourages them to read to and with their children. It's called Family Reading Night. Angle of Repose
I'm currently reading Pulitzer Prize winning book, Angle of Repose by Wallace Stegner for my History 471 class. Interesting.
Anyone else ever read it?
