Virgin rain is a weather phenomena common to heat ridden areas, where rain falls but evaporates before it hits the ground. It's an odd matter, when one comes to consider it; how people come and go. Some do it voluntarily and some are taken forcibly. I have to imagine that there's a reason, or a rhyme to it.
