Last night out with my coworkers was really, really fun. We all met up at BW3's in Mayfield Hts and had dinner and drinks. The service was absolutely deplorable but the food was decent. Yesterday Matt & I had a terrific day. The weather sucked: it was cold, rainy and windy. However, the rain was only spitting most of the time so we were able to still walk around Cleveland.

I am down 2.5lbs which is a great loss. Unfortunately I did not get to work-out this morning but I will more than make up for it this weekend.
