last night was a marked improvement.  it was night 4 of no night time nursing and she slept solid from 7:30 to 3:30.  that's what, 8 hours?  a lifetime?  then she went back to sleep and got up at 5, josh was able to get her back down and she woke up at 6, my almost ideal wake up time (in parent land... before clara i would have preferred a little ( Read more... )

nothing has worked very well today.  i realize that a lot of my issues today stem from the fact that I don't really get to sleep anymore*.  it turns out, memorization skills are probably the reason I could never be a doctor, not the whole lack of sleep thing.  I apparently do OK on lack of sleep.  i suspect even doctors in training get more sleep ( Read more... )
