about sleep deprivation on such a scale is that you don't even really recognize that you're functioning on such a minimal level until you get a little sleep and you can start to use your brain again.  unbelieveable.  i can remember some things again... my short term memory is so much more functional than it was.  i have a new side project that i'm ( Read more... )

I hate to break it to you, but all the Science says that the little darlings will wake around 6 (or earlier) no matter what time you put them to bed. It's a hard wired thing. All that late nights do is make 'em sleepy and cranky later in the day.

I'd love a 7a wakeup, but Sir seems to prefer 5:50am. So 7:30 to 5:30 is about all we can agree on.
