So writing. There's no real question about whether or not I can do it. It's always a question of whether or not I can write something that can sell. So far, well, my style is just too subtle. Casserole algorithms
I've apparently moved so far away from boxed that I feel almost like a Chopped competitor when I'm forced to incorporate it into a recipe. This box of cheesey potato casserole is getting deconstructed so it can play nice with the rest of the ragtag ingredients.

Actually, the jury's still out. But at least we're making ends meet. The new apartment is the sanest living arrangement I've had since 2004. Anyway, after a semi-titanic trip to Wegmann's, I discovered that we had all of the ingredients I need for an update on my Super Awesome (and whatnot) Chili.

Heat waves: Officially bad.
Normally I would have started complaining as soon as it got to be around 70 degrees out. Now that it's 100, I feel like I might drop dead before I finish typing this sentence.
I've started having splitting headaches at work, which is the only place I can go where there's air conditioning. Stress? The heat? Some evil combination of both? I wish I
