As of 6:00pm we were walking out of Children's back into the real world!!!! Eli was so ready and giddy he was asking me to take out the iv needle!!! He has to be on albuterol every 4 hours at home for 48 hours and steroids for 3 days... We are checking back in with a follow up on Wednesday morning with his dr and then back to normal... school ... so I am on mark's computer at the hospital and the dr just left and we are headed home!!!! We will be doing breathing treatments the next two days at home and seeing our pediatrican tomorrow for follow up... and she will tell us more about going back to school...and all that fun stuff...So yeah for home...yeah for being better and thanks for all ( Read more... )

So lets see... we sooo thought we were going home yesterday (meaning we would leave today) so I traded places with Mark so I could come home and rest up...spend time with the little bits... So just an update before I fall fast asleep.... our Eli is a sick little man in need of your prayers... Tuesday evening he was acting sluggish and ill and having asthma issues I watch him pretty close for signs and symptoms of trouble... So new shoes...hair cuts... here we come school... Monday morning I start off the week...the kids do not return until Thursday... where has the summer gone???
