Never would have thought twice, before
So I made my first paranoid call to the OB today. I got a cold, which Im recovering from, but it has reached the "asthma trigger" stage. I don't always get this, but when I do, the pattern is the same and quite recognizable ( Read more... ) -

Well, I did stop at the gym on my way home today, but did a totally half-assed workout---30 min on treadmill for a whopping 163kcal burned. I am definitely coming down with whatever B has, so Im very tired and my face hurts ( Read more... ) -

WEll, my heel felt much better today, so I did my usual workout: elliptical followed by treadmill ( Read more... ) -

Went to the gym. did elliptical machine and treadmill. burned 300 kcal. I had time today to do this. I also raised another blister on my heel. I need new sneakers. -
At least I have good hair

Nah, I switched back
to basic.
No more ads. I can swap it back and forth very easily, between basic and plus, so if I change my mind again, no problem.
