Allergies suck.

If I thought I was busy before.... wow.   I have so much to do now!  My biggest concern is reading, annotating, and analyzing Jane Eyre in detail within a week and a half.  Plus other outside reading and such.  And that's only in my Literature and Composition class!  Calculus is also difficult.  But other than a (pathetically simple) computer class ( Read more... )

I did it! 4 hours ago.  Then I went bowling with friends.  It was peachy keen.  They played Dancing Queen and Thriller.  It's my new favorite bowling alley. (As if I had one before).

Well.  Things have finally been picking up around here.  Thanks to a short trip overnight I finally have gotten back into my normal sleep routine.  I still need to get to bed and wake up earlier, but at least now I'm going to bed before midnight and getting up before 10:00am.  When I am fully awake in the afternoons, I always think to myself that I ( Read more... )

So.  As of the past month or so, my normal sleeping schedule has been flipped upside down.  Normally, I get up at least around 8:30 AM, if not 6:00 AM or earlier, and I go to bed around 10:00 or 10:30 PM.  But recently it's been the exact opposite!  I have been staying up until 4:00 AM or so and not getting up until 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM!  One day I ( Read more... )

I have returned from my trip.  It was great to see my family again- especially my cousin of almost 2 years!  Both my mother and father's families live in the same small, rural city, but we always stay with my mother's family.  My dad is one of 11 kids so I have many cousins.  My father doesn't make much of an effort to connect with his family so he ( Read more... )

In a couple of hours, my mother, father and I (and our two dogs) will be leaving for Illinois to visit family for the Fourth of July.  It'll be a long road trip, but I haven't seen my extended family since last Thanksgiving, so it'll be worth it.
