May is usually part of the dry period with very little weather other than lots of sunshine, but to see the weather map of Arizona and to see low and high pressures in their respective places for the monsoon and large clouds scattered around this early is quite the amazement. It went from being a crappy week weather wise, raining and cold, to 80 and breezy. Well that's also created a nice line of thunderstorms and they're moving 38 mph according to the news weatherwoman on Channel 2. Okay... its nice to hear distant rumblings of thunder, but lightning striking the TREES BEHIND THE HOUSE cuts it kinda close. In fact the lightning strike was close enough I was able to hear the static on my headset.

Last night at 11pm until about 1 was a nice period of time... the wind was blowing like mad kicking up snow on roofs and from anywhere it was loose and blowing everywhere, not to mention it was also falling from the sky.
