There's more snow in places like the Mogollon Rim of Arizona this year than in Buffalo. And I wouldn't complain as driving in snow sucks and Arizona needs it far more than WNY does. The Arizona Republic has an article in today's paper (available online also which is how I got wind of it) that evictions are down 20% across Phoenix. This is a case of the real estate bubble hitting landlords and in many cases pretty hard.
