I printed out the ruling and I'm gunna read the entire thing. Then I'll have my commentary on it. But from what I read through breezing through it, its looking to be a major landmark case that wasn't the mess I was fearing to be. But then again there's still two more appeals to jump through. Apparently tomorrow in California, the judge presiding over the Prop 8 trial in federal court will issue his ruling. Which will set the stage for the rest of the country concerning same sex marriage. I really dunno what to think, as allot of times while they are arguing the correct position, they do so in a really awful way that either backfires ( Read more... )

In another saga involving Dollar Tree, I signed up for direct deposit only to find that they do not provide pay stubs for those who get direct deposit.
