Apparently tomorrow in California, the judge presiding over the Prop 8 trial in federal court will issue his ruling. Which will set the stage for the rest of the country concerning same sex marriage. I really dunno what to think, as allot of times while they are arguing the correct position, they do so in a really awful way that either backfires and the judge rules against pretty harshly or they succeed but they create a legal mess because the courts fail to follow a consistent line of logic with the ruling.
And apparently the judge presiding over the case is an appointee by Bush, Sr. and is actually a himself one of two openly gay federal judges.
