I've just been on to the Sheriff Clerks office in Cupar Sheriff Court. The Bank intend to defend the claim in its entirety. I haven't had the Bank's statement of defence yet, though I'm sure I have to by the court date.

The case will now call in court on Wednesday 2nd May at 1100...

Hangovers are bad, but this one is worse.

Had an irate phone call from "Mrs Stewart" to ask me about "guests I had last night". She has counted no less than EIGHT cigarette butts outside. She is "very cross" about this. I had to clean it up IMMEDIATELY.

Think i'll go back to bed now. That is all.

Un an unrelated note, just had a 90's reunion from melville night. Things don't change.

Off to bed now as we have champagne lunch so i hear.

I don't think we'll be having afterparties for a while. Last nights one was pretty wild, and it went swimmingly until Environmental Health turned up at 4 am. Oops. I think I might lie low for a while in the neighbourhood, baseball cap and sunglasses stylee.
