Lawsuit update: Court hearing inevitable
Just been on the phone to HBOS legal services. Its going to court.
They only offered charges +8%. They said they did they did not think I was entitled to interest debited to my credit card account and I would have to prove in court that I was. I said I'd be quite confident of that. We agreed it would be fought out over in court.
He said feel free to call me if you change my mind. I said not a chance, but feel free to call ME if YOU change YOUR mind!
