Another lawsuit update: Bank lawyers have phoned me again!

Right, I have had another phone call from the Banks solicitors. They have a new settlement offer. They will pay out my claim in full if I drop my defamation suit.

I'm going to speak to my lawyer about this tomorrow at 1 pm - and have rejected their new offer in the interim. But I don't see how they have a case on this.

I think the Bank is running scared.
