Thursday started with cloud and sunny spells and continued like that all day (18C/65F at home, and 19C/66F in London). Yesterday was the first of a series of six guided walks around London with the WEA, an organisation that has many and various online and in-person courses all over the country for very reasonable prices.  There were twelve of us on the walk yesterday and, as usual with most daytime things I do, I was the youngest person there *g ( Read more... )

Today the weather was much nicer than Saturday which was good as we had tickets to go to the Edenbridge and Oxted Agricultural Show.  It was very warm in the sunshine and around 19C/66F in the shade.  It's around a 30-minute drive to get to the showground and as they have been organising the event for the past 186 years they are really good at ( Read more... )
