This morning there was Pilates which was good as I was stiff from all the dance practice we've been doing and it stretched everything out which was necessary.  I'm having a relaxing rest of the day as I've been busy all week and it's Friday! It's been a busy week! The dress rehearsal for our show went well on Monday. We are in a different venue from last year and the stage is much bigger and we have a proper lighting rig so that should mean the whole thing is more professional than last year. We are off to the coast this morning as I am dancing at a show on Saturday. It will be me and one of my troupe members and an 'honorary' member who sometimes fills in when our troupe is not complete. So, the clues to the Screen Unseen film last night were: Rapid royalty, Phantom scribe, Last seen secretly drunk, Fresh off the third.

The film was A Simple Favor - this is a terrific film -  a humorous mystery film which had us gripped. We loved it, but I have no idea how they got to any of those clues!! LOL!!! To explain the plot is really hard ( Read more... )

I have finally caught up with my busy weekend which is good. This morning I whizzed out to my local big town because I covetted a rather snazzy notebook that was in the raffle at the weekend, and I didn't win it, but I found out where it was bought and got myself one - or in fact, two.... *g*

I'm tired - yet another two hours of dancing today to take my troupe-mates through one of the dances because I've got the hang of it now and they haven't. On the upside I've lost two pounds since last week because of all the extra exercise and the low fat/healthy eating plan I've been on for the past couple of weeks. It was a sunny weekend which was lovely and I got to enjoy some of it on Saturday afternoon.
