Another chilly day and we are forecast for sleet showers tonight! Today's forecast 10C/50F light rain. The garden is very dry (I've had to water things recently) so the rain will actually be quite welcome, although we're going out on a Nordic walk with our group at 4.30-5.30, so I hope it holds off during that hour

It is really cold here, too, with possible overnight wintry showers.

I am sitting here considering whether to go out shopping, or leave it until tomorrow, and join an on-line course on Church Eccentricities this afternoon, instead.

Well we avoided the rain where we went walking but came back to evidence of showers at home lol!

The Odeon book sounds interesting. You can still just about tell where the old cinemas were here but only if you look up and can see what is left of the facades.

It’s a really interesting book and I’m looking forward to the next one he is doing about tube stations! I’ve ordered it already ;)
