People constantly looking at their phones is absolutely maddening. There are times when I am seriously tempted to have a totally phone free day, but I haven't managed it so far :)

I occasionally forget to take my phone out with me. It can be irritating but it shows I don’t look at it much when I’m out and about (apart from London when I want to check transport links!).
