Lunch with a female colleague, Y, and KC (see, he always sticks to me).

Y: I prefer to work under male bosses rather than female bosses.
Me: Why?
Y: Female bosses tend to be more yim ziim while male bosses tend to be more easy-going. And when you do something wrong, the female bosses will remember it for a long time and use it against you.
