This week I am feeling very lethargic, I know it is my UC, it's kinda bad at the moment. But, I am determined to get through this flare-up without doctors or drugs. My tiredness was so bad that I've done very little. Eating a whole clove?! do you chop it up?? or chew it in your mouth?? YOu should just make a BUNCH of garlic toast... and eat that. =)

Well I hope you feel some what better have your pea soup. Will you still be up for yoga?
Call & let me know if you feel not up to it tomorrow. I'll definitly be goign as I ended up not going tonight. I bought stuff for dinner & after dinner didn't have the energy to go...blah...

I was looking forward to yoga, but I woke up at 3 am with a migraine. I hope it goes away by tonight, will let you know.

I hope you feel better really soon!!! You know what you should do with the garlic?......Chop it up into small cubes and swallow it with water like you would a pill. It is easier for me to do it that way than to chew it. I love garlic!! It always helps when I am sick....never tried it for stomach aches though...does it seem to be helping??

The most delicious way to eat garlic is to roast it! Just stick a bunch of cloves (you can even leave them unpeeled) in the oven at 450 until they turn brown. Mmmm. You can toss them into pasta, or they're so mushy you can use them as a spread! They're much easier to eat that way!

Do you have a grill? Grilling garlic rocks! It is very tasty!!

I hope so too!

My dad grilled some garlic when I was at his place a couple of weeks ago and it was yummy.
