Foccacia/Rosemary Loaves
All the vegan (and not so vegan) blogs I've been reading keep making yummy breads. I decided to try a foccacia but then realized that Josh really likes the bread from Macaroni Grill (which is a sort of foccacia loaf). I know there are a lot of copycat recipes and tried the first one I found on recipezaar, subbing vegan margarine for the butter.

We have a recipe we really like, but it is more bready & not crispy.

I saw that cake yesterday and thought starburst was an awesome idea . . . except for the fact that starburst aren't vegetarian (they have gelatin).

I hope you enjoyed yourself & the time away from your SO (although painful) at least allowed you to get some work done.
I had fun and just enjoyed being in your company. I told Wayne that we stayed up talking about the Twilight saga and he just lol'd and called us geeks..lol. It was funny. BUT he's into the books as well. =) lol. Enjoy WR. Maybe you will see Mr Majetich & Ms Farkas..lol
