Mike and I broke up today. I get why he broke up with me, it made sense, I was actually thinking about whether we could work through the next few years anyway. People with cars: my friends and I are looking to store off campus this summer. I've been looking up places within 5 miles of school and at some point, I'd really like to get someone with a car to help us move our stuff to whichever storage space we pick. Cash and baked goods will be arranged according to number of trips and how much we love you.

Went to Em's. Too many of her brother's friends came over and swiped the alcohol...whatev, at least they paid her for it. So, wow, first time getting drunk. Today was just long. I got up, worked out, showered (as usual)...then started packing stuff up for school. So I got back from Florida...having gained some of the weight I had lost back. I did my best not to get bent out of shape about it. (It's hard to stay disciplined when you have a vacation mentality). Found out dorm assignment today (finally!) and I couldn't be happier. Biotches, I'm in Westlands! I remember when I saw those dorms Nov '03 and just looooved them. It was meant to be!

I'm leaving for Florida on Friday morning. Wrapping up loose ends until noon tmrw...then I'm off for about 10 days. But I'll be back on the 8th of August.

Thunderstorm rolling in. I love how the air smells before it hits, while it rains on, and when the aftermath is absorbed into the earth and trees.
