Just to say that there are rumors of a Miss Saigon and Les Miserables movies based on the musicals. That could either be the greatest news ever, or make me want to kill someone.

And also, if Christine ends up dumping Raoul and marrying the Phantom or something in this Phantom sequel, I may hunt down Andrew Lloyd Weber as well.

I'm finally getting around to doing my lj year in review.  I didn't post quite as much in 2008 as 2007.  Especially at the end.  That was mostly due to my first semester of grad school being insanely boring.  And the second semester isn't looking to much better so far.  But here it goes, first sentence or so of first entry of each month...

My dog back home in Tennessee, Jasper, was put down this morning.  He was diagnosed with prostate cancer about two weeks ago.  The vet gave my parents a bunch of drugs for him, but told us it was basically a matter of time.  He was doing pretty good, still pretty happy, but yesterday he stopped eating and was obviously in a lot of pain.  My mom ( Read more... )
