So, I can now check one of my new year's resolutions off of my list. I recently finished "All the President's Men" by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein. (I had resolved to read a book on Watergate, because I didn't know anything about it). I am very glad that I read it. This post will, unfortunately, be a bit of a downer. My Uncle John passed away last week. It is sort of a mixed blessing. He was downsyndrome, and had alzheimers and lots of other associated diseases, and didn't even know my mom or her sisters the last time they visited him, so really, it is a bit of a release for him to be gone.
