So the good news is that I got a new book in the mail (after having paid for it).  It's a personal-poetry-workshop book that was recommended to me by someone, I'm sure.  Anyways, it's called "In the Palm of Your Hand" and I've skimmed a couple chapters and it looks great.

I'm not really sure what it means, I think it's supposed to be something like "running like a Swiss clock" but I'm not sure.  Recently I've taken to saying "nerrrhh-behl-lee-boo" in a similar way that Scarlett O'Hara says "fiddle dee dee" but I doubt that's relevant.  Other than being a certain sign of my eventual loss of turpitude.  (Which, for ( Read more... )

My last several days have been hectic, disorganized, and generally messy.  I've been dissatisfied with how I'm running my life (see the NaNoWriMo post) and trying to figure out on too little sleep and surprisingly little caffiene.  And it isn't even hormones.

So the last several days have involved lots of "Law" readings from the Old Testament (Hebrew Scriptures): as in "thou shalt die if thou dost not believe, and the unbelievers will die by the sword, death death death, yay!" It's been getting awfully frustrating. And in classes everybody and their brother is talking about the three uses of the Law ( Read more... )
