It is just before 7 am and I have been up since before 6. Much to the indignation of Sky and Tiger they really wanted to be fed by the normal time. They were satisfied by the time we got down to the kitchen. The routine moved along. I made some coffee and planted myself on the couch. The only problem is now I have to go to the bathroom. Well we got more snow overnight but it was more like a dusting. It started around 7:30 and lasted a couple of hours and it was substantial in my view but I am still waiting for the big storm that we should be getting some day. It took some time for me to get the snow off the car but that was only part of the reason I was late. Traffic was sketchy ( Read more... )

The weather has been great for the last few days.  In the 70’s and sunny.   The only day we had rain was wednesday I managed to go for a walk at lunch one day and did just over a mile in 20 minutes.   I learned to use all trails recording app.  ITs pretty cool.

Another Monday came and went.  I managed to get up before 5:30 thanks to Sky and his claws and of course Tiger and her vocalization.  My intention was to be up by 4.  Slept through the alarm again.

I got up finished emptying the dishwasher and cleaning out the sink and putting things in the dryer and then manage to do the regular morning routine.

Despite the awesome weekend I have been having coughs.  I can’t really describe and nor do I really want to.  I do try and keep warm and bundled when I go out.  I have been cold going to bed too.  I really can’t afford to get sick right now.

First I didn't get up when I wanted to.  I stayed in bed until the normal 5:30. As I was getting up I could hear something fall downstairs. And as I was coming down I almost stepped on one of the cats.  I think it was Tiger, it was dark.   One of them pulled the floral arrangement over and it spilled all over the place. I wanted to try a theory.  I got up at 4 so that I could do some things.  I had to strip my bed because i noticed pen stains from last night so i wanted to have it cleaned.  So I did laundry, I also emptied the dishwasher that I had sent through a couple of days ago and clean the sink.
