I wanted to write this post to record how I'm feeling and thinking, but I really, really wouldn't advise reading it if you have any kind of disordered eating or body issues, because it's probably not only triggery but also smug and infuriating. ( my body )

Today I had a work meeting that was my idea. I organized and ran the whole thing. It went really well. Friday I went to the bank. Thursday I sign a lease. Still packing lunch every day. When did I become an adult? Stick a fork in me, I'm done.

2. I MADE MY LONG-TERM FITNESS GOAL. I ran for half an hour without stopping, when it used to be a challenge to make two minutes. Thirty entire minutes at a steady pace. This is the first thing of its kind that I have ever, ever done.
