Hey all! I haven't been posting every day but I've still been working out and eating as well as I can! So far so good. I've noticed some things already that surprised me. I know what you're talking about with the stairs. So good for you.
For some reason, I'm still not gaining weight. But stairs are a bit tricky now as baby is kicking my lungs. At least, it feels like that sometimes.

I haven't had any soda and only 1 cup of coffee since the new year started so that alone is probably helping!

I prefer stairs to a lift. I hate lifts.
No soda is always good. Less sugar and more proteins help with losing weight.

And good job on the working out!! This week was the first week of class and one girl said to me "oh, you've gained weight." So I'm really trying so hard.

I did have that happen to me when I was house/petsitting once and I had to climb through a window. The problem here is...I am literally right on campus and on the first floor so I'm pretty serious about always keeping my windows locked.
Thanks for the kudos on working out! It's getting easier and I also yell at my tv sometimes. I'm not giving up, just gimme a second! HAHAHHA
