Congratulations on your success! Trying to eat healthy and lose weight while dealing with other normal life factors such as you are can be so difficult. The first time I lost my weight it was just Hubby and me and it was so much easier. The second time around the Heir was here and life was just so much more hectic and tiring. If you need more easy fiber, have you seen Orowheat's Double Fiber bread? Often my breakfast is two slices toasted (1 point each on WW) with a tablespoon of peanut butter. It's filling and gets my fiber and protein going for the day. Just a suggestion.

Well, the situation is that *because* of the leukemia, I gotta eat better / diet. I've always passed this off as 'tomorrow', but..

I'm going to Duckcon this weekend, and I just realized that this will be the first con I've been to since I came 'out' about the leukemia.

I know you're trying to eat healthier, and lose weight... But are you taking your vitamins? If you're not getting enough E (found in conjunction with fats and oils) or zinc it can slow healing.

That was another thing from the dietitian, and I'm being good about that now.
